Taking a medical leave

The College Center for Advising Services (CCAS) facilitates academic and individual success by providing advisement to all undergraduate students in a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment. We are committed to assisting undergraduate students with their academic needs by helping them find accurate academic information, opportunities to make the most of their undergraduate years, and solutions to academic problems. Academic advisors see students for walk-ins and scheduled appointments.

CCAS is closed on Wednesdays from 12-1pm.

The Registrar's Office provides assistance to students for updating address and other demographic information, including social security number corrections, registration, drop/add, degree audit and transcripts of academic records. We also provide certifications of enrollment and degree receipt.

The Registrar's office provides students with access to their academic records, enrollment and degree verification's, academic calendars, and exam schedules, along with other important student data. The mission of our office is to provide the highest level of service to the University community in an efficient and timely manner through the continued use of innovative and evolving technology.

The Bursar's Office is responsible for student billing and cashiering operations for the whole university community, including undergraduate and graduate students.

The University Health Service (UHS) provides confidential, high quality health care services for students and other members of the University community. The University Health Service offers a wide range of primary care services, including treatment for illnesses and injuries, management of ongoing medical problems, and care and advice for health concerns.

ISO provide services to the University’s international students, scholars, employees, and other visitors, as well as the administrators and departments that support them.

ISO provides immigration sponsorship for thousands of international students, hundreds of international scholars and employees, as well as their dependent spouses and children. We also assist other foreign nationals at Rochester who may not require University visa sponsorship to pursue their program or activities here.
