Mindful University Project Meditation Classes
The Mindful University Project is a campus-wide initiative offered through the UHS Health Promotion Office with a mission to empower our campus community to build a culture of mindful presence and compassion. They offer a variety of learn to meditate classes for students, faculty and staff, centered on mindful meditations, self-compassion, emotional intelligence. These classes include: Calming U, OUTBreath (for LGBTQ+ folks), and Meditative Guide for Us (for BIPOC individuals). Workshops are free to the entire University community and held at various points during the academic year.
