Trillium Health, a Community Health Center, provides extraordinary care for all, including LGBTQ+ health, ensuring equitable, judgement-free and affordable care. Trillium Health offers STI and HIV testing and prevention services. For LGBTQ+ folks, they offer a variety of support groups as well. Within Trillium Health is also The MOCHA Center, which offers social events and other programs focused on improving the health and wellness of LGBTQ people of color—in mind, body, and spirit.
